Sarah Praceus studied European Business at the University of Bamberg completing her ”Vordiplom”, the German equivalent to the bachelor degree. In 2007 she graduated in International Management at the French Grande Ecole ESCP Europe, where she obtained the Master of Science, the French ”Diplôme de Grande Ecole” and the German ”Diplom-Kauffrau” due to a transnational graduate school program in Paris, London and Berlin (3 years, 3 countries and 3 degrees). During her studies Sarah Praceus completed several internships in Germany, Mexico, France and the United States.

Since the beginning of 2008 she has been working with the management consulting firm McKinsey and Company out of the Hamburg office and worked on several projects in the United States, Japan, France and Germany mainly within the Operations sector.

In 2010 Sarah Praceus joined the Technology and Innovation Management team at the Technical University Hamburg as doctoral student and focuses in this context on User Innovation at the Bottom of the Pyramid.
